Breadwinning101 Sourdough Workshop

This September, give yourself one evening before the kickoff to the fall season and learn a skill that will serve your family for years to come.

Whether you're hoping to pack homemade sandwiches, have nourishing bread ready for busy mornings, or simply carve out a hobby that's both relaxing and rewarding, this workshop is designed for you.

Hosted in my warm, welcoming home kitchen in Lemont, Breadwinning101 is a small-group experience where you'll learn the art of sourdough in a relaxed, encouraging environment. No prior baking experience is needed—just a willingness to learn.

During class you'll:
• Mix your own artisan sourdough loaf from scratch
• Learn the simple techniques that make sourdough successful
• Understand fermentation, timing, and baking schedules that fit into a busy family routine
• Discover how sourdough can become part of your weekly meal planning
• Leave with your own two loaves, ready to bake at home, plus the confidence to keep baking on your own

What to Bring
• One mixing bowl (at least 4 quarts)

•BYOB 

Everything else—including sourdough starter, recipes, instruction, and plenty of encouragement—is provided.
